From roughly 70-year-old ungrafted vines, vinified in barriques for nine months and disgorged in February 2019, the 2015 Riesling Extra Brut Jour Fixe displays an intense golden color and opens with an intensely aromatic, fruit-intense nose. On the palate, this is an intensely aromatic but pure, refreshing, salty and well-structured sparkling wine with extract, length and mineral freshness. This is a full-bodied and concentrated Riesling Sekt in a pretty unique style. Zero dosage.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
