This kit is your one stop shop for making ! We've secured fresh, organically cultivated Nanko ume from Winters. Picked at their peak for umeshu and umeboshi-making, these ume are blush green to yellow in color.Â
Use this kit to infuse these local ume along with rock sugar and shochu to make a sweet, tart, and vibrantly local umeshu! Jar is included (different from the one pictured here).

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
