Inspired by our proximity to St. Andrews seaside and the Old Course, we created a seaweed base gin using locally-sourced Kombu seaweed. A mild, umami flavor profile with a subtle underlying salty tang. Hints of juniper on the palate complemented with notes of Scottish heather and lavender which adds a floral note. Crisp and fresh finish.
