This authentic Sonora spirit is meticulously crafted from wild-harvested Maguey Pacifica agave. Each small batch embodies generations-old tradition, beginning with agave hearts slowly roasted for 48 hours in underground mallas, releasing their complex sugars and essential oils.
The triple-distillation process yields an exceptionally smooth spirit with a distinctive character – dry and peppery on the palate, leading to a memorable smoky, earthy finish. The traditional stone-wheel crushing and 6-12 day fermentation in sealed barrels ensure each bottle captures the essence of this historic Mexican spirit.
Master distilled by Amigo Brands, Sunora Bacanora Blanco represents the cornerstone of a growing collection that includes their innovative Cream de Bacanora Mocha, with aged expressions currently in development.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
