Produced at the Productos Finos de Agave at Nom 1416 in the Jesus Maria region of Arandas, this mezcal is made from 100% Tequilana Weber Blue Agaves. These agaves are carefully selected from approximately 200 breeds, ensuring only the finest are used.

Traditional Craftsmanship

The production process is a testament to traditional methods. The agaves are cooked in old-fashioned brick ovens for 72 hours, then crushed and fermented with a special brand of yeast. The spirit is twice-distilled, ensuring the highest quality and a unique flavor profile that includes woody, fruity aromas and nuanced flavors of cooked agave, wood, vanilla, and caramel.
