An unpasteurised junmai ginjo with refreshing acidity. Uniquely brewed to emulate the  characteristics of a white wine. This sake was brewed with white koji, usually used for shochu. 



TYPE: Junmai ginjo unpasteurised (nama) sake


COLOUR: Pale lemon


OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate aroma of lychee and nectarine, lime zest and a touch of Brazil nuts. Soft texture with strawberry milk sweetness followed by a clean finish with light cardamom notes.


FOOD PAIRING: Ebi chiri (sweet & sour prawns); lobster with butter sauce; agedashi tofu (fried and marinated tofu) .


SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
