It’s possible that you may have already created a SendCrypto profile and simply need to sign in. If that is the case, you can use your phone number and password to log into your account.
If you’ve previously created a personal account alone, you should sign in –as business profiles are available to SendCrypto users who have a personal account.
If you’ve created a personal account and a business profile, you’ll sign in with your personal account credentials. Once you’ve signed in, you can toggle between your personal account and business profile

Business profile owners are charged a low fee for every payment they receive of $1.00 or more.
The seller transaction fee is a standard rate of 1% of the payment, in case they are not a premium subscription user. In the case of a premium subscribed user, THERE ARE NO FEES.
For example, if a customer pays $100.00 worth of crypto to a business profile, $1.00 worth of crypto of that payment would be charged as a seller transaction fee and the business owner would receive $99.00 worth of crypto.
SendCrypto is not able to refund this fee. The fees help SendCrypto to continue to provide this service and develop the service further. Business profile fees are much lower than industry standards

Business profiles have unique features designed for businesses, like enhanced payments, tax reporting, and on-ramp/off-ramp services.
Some benefits of creating a business profile include, but are not limited to:

  • Increased visibility for your business in the SendCrypto app
  • Ability to generate referrals among socially engaged SendCrypto users
  • Options to provide potential customers with more information about your business in the app, including links to a website and social media accounts
  • Catering to crypto holders which statistics show spend on average 41% more.

You will begin to see this fee once you receive a payment that is $1 worth of crypto or more

Currently, all new business profiles fall under the same fee structure. We are unable to opt users out of these fees.

Each user who is involved in payment can verify that the transaction was successful if they receive notifications for it and see them appear on their personal feed.

  • If the recipient did receive a notification about the payment:
  • They may not realise the money is in their wallet.
  • They may need to verify their account.
  • If the recipient is still having trouble, please have them contact us directly
  • To protect their privacy, our Support team can only discuss their account with them

The moment you send a payment on SendCrypto, we transmit it onto the blockchain unless it’s an internal transfer between two SendCrypto wallet users under our custodial wallet service. This means we cannot cancel a payment once it’s been initiated.
If you’ve paid a friend, the fastest way to get a refund is to have them send you a payment for the same amount. Keep in mind, that our Support team won’t be able to reverse the payment for you unless:

  • The crypto is still in the recipient’s wallet
  • Their wallet is a custodial wallet by SendCrypto
  • They reach out to us directly with permission to reverse the payment

You sent a payment to an email address or phone number that isn’t associated with an active SendCrypto account or that isn’t verified.
You’ll need to have your friend verify their phone number or email address.

There is no limit on the amount of crypto you can send with SendCrypto, the only limit is $1000 worth of crypto to an unverified account, in order to avoid this limit, you just need to complete the simple verification process by clicking on the “complete the KYC” button in the app.

We don’t recommend receiving any payments from strangers or sending payments to anyone you don’t know,
In case you got a payment from someone you don’t know you can just slide left on the transaction in your wallet and click on the “send back” button, in case you got a payment request from a stranger you should just ignore it as it can be a mistake. In case this repeats itself please contact us.
